John Quinn, Professor of Biology, has incorporated AI into his research and teaching, affording students the opportunity to collaborate with AI to improve their coding for scientific applications. In the second workshop of the fall semester’s AI in Action series, he will share with participants how students use AI tools to tackle complex programming challenges in their research. This session is part of FDC’s multi-session program “AI in Action.” To engage fully in the workshop, attendees are encouraged to bring a laptop or tablet. Snacks will be provided, as well!
One other AI in Action Workshops will take place this fall:
Attendance at previous or upcoming workshops is not required for this workshop, but gladly encouraged.
