The new findings consist of: <\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">A payroll dated Oct 2nd 1852 recording the payment of 90 cents to \u201cMcBee\u2019s boy for hair for plastering out building\u201d<\/span><span class=\"s3\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">An undated bill (estimated 1852) paying Professor P.C. Edwards for the \u201chire of boy at $10 per month\u201d and for the \u201cboard of boy for $2.50 per month\u201d, thus allowing for a total cost of $87.5. <\/span><span class=\"s3\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">A bill dated April 1853 recording the payment for \u201cwork by boy Elias in February and March on Prof Mims\u2019s house $36 for 36 days\u201d<\/span><span class=\"s3\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">A payroll on August 7th 1852 recording the payment for the labor of \u201cthree boys hewing\u201d at $1.50 for a total amount of $4.50 to Mr. Watson and Fringer by the treasurer. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This article was written by Andrew Teye and originally published on August 19, 2017.
